Requirements

  • At least 5 years or more of work experience in a similar role and required areas of expertise
  • A bachelor’s degree in fields such as Human Resources, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Education
  • Strong project management ability
  • Expertise in large training program deployment administration
  • Strong knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Preferably in Workday)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other electronic tools related to learning management systems
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Strategic planner and disciplined executor
  • Ability to learn, follow, and improve processes and procedures while managing ambiguity effectively
  • Perfect Bilinguisme – French and English are required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the LMS
  • Track learning metrics and generate reports to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Participate actively in initiatives and projects related to learning and development
  • Provide advisory support to various business units on learning and development matters
  • Upload all training programs, courses, lessons in the LMS learning solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Coordinate multi-year planning calendars of concurrent course deliveries
  • Coordinate activities of program facilitators
  • Coordinate global training logistics for virtual programs
  • Coordinate inventory of virtual classroom materials
  • Coordinate all activities related to Learning and Development
  • Oversee the administration and customization of the LMS platform, ensuring it meets Saputo’s training needs
  • Maintain a digital materials library
  • Maintain course rosters and manage the participant database
  • Administrate communications to all program stakeholders (e.g., participants, 1-up leaders, HRBP, etc.)
  • Provide a single point of contact for participants and business units throughout their blended learning program experience
  • Coordinate the scheduling of virtual sessions
  • Monitor the performance of the learning platform and resolve issues in collaboration with its technical support
  • Optimize processes and the use of technological tools (Teams, etc.)
  • Provide advice and assistance to others regarding the platform
  • Keep documentation up to date regarding configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures related to the platform
  • Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge of the platform and stay abreast of the latest industry innovations
  • Develop tools to track learning solutions’ results based on KPIs
  • Track completion of different learning program components and provide regular status reports to all stakeholders as required
  • Provide recommendations to increase adoption of programs and integrate change management best practices
  • Assist in measuring other Talent Management initiatives.
