Requirements
- Knowledge of the specific regulatory requirement applicable to the design of an airport terminal building
- Knowledge of the architectural, engineering, and systems elements of airports infrastructure and supporting facilities
- Demonstrable establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, and construction of airport facilities (airport, community and government)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the management of project design including significant time at large airports
- Experience in the design development of new/expanded facilities while maintaining operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical/business field
- 15+ years of related experience is required
- Broad general technical and business background
- Ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands-on technically in the project
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards
- Must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications
