Requirements

  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platforms and BI tools like LookerPro and Looker Studio is required.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, paid media, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or similar languages.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights into social media performance, enabling marketers and stakeholders to make informed decisions;
  • Regularly update data visualization tools with new widgets, features, and data sources to ensure dashboards remain relevant and user-friendly by utilizing expertise in LookerPro;
  • Continuously refine and optimize reporting mechanisms to deliver clear, actionable insights and highlight the impact of social media efforts;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard and tool-related technical issues to ensure uninterrupted access and functionality for various teams;
  • Investigate and address data discrepancies, collaborating with teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of social media data;
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency;
  • Develop and deploy tools or mechanisms that enhance data accessibility and enable stakeholders to self-serve their reporting needs;
  • Work collaboratively with account management, product, and data engineering teams to align social media reporting practices with broader organizational goals and strategies;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, implement new tools, and enhance existing solutions;
  • Educate technical and non-technical stakeholders on social media reporting best practices, key performance indicators, and platform-specific definitions to ensure alignment and understanding;
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions on newly developed tools and features to empower stakeholders with actionable insights and improved data comprehension;
  • Proactively explore innovative approaches to enhance social media reporting and deliver value to stakeholders through actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, paid media, and social media platforms is a plus.
