Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Viva Engage, with expertise in architecture, administration and maintenance
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Power Apps and Power Automate canvas application development and deployment
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate and Viva Engage, ensuring efficiency through best practices.
  • Experienced in Azure administration with a focus on Power Apps and SharePoint, managing Azure resources and implementing security measures like conditional access and identity protection.
  • Experience overseeing a team’s Tier 2 & 3 support queue, including overseeing complex issue resolution, escalations, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in virtual and offshore team environments, fostering strong team dynamics, supporting team members, and ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and project execution across global teams.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint online based company intranet
  • Configure and administer security, permissions, and governance
  • Actively monitor/maintain SharePoint Online health, monitoring site usage, ensuring performance optimization, and planning scalability.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online analytics, including the ability to monitor site usage, user activity, and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for SharePoint Online
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the enterprise Viva Engage environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability and integrating it with SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Manage governance, content moderation, and community engagement strategies for Viva Engage.
  • Leverage Viva Engage analytics to track adoption and usage.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for the Viva Engage environment, including creating jobs/scripts and Power Apps to automate and enhance system maintenance and performance.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions for SharePoint and Viva by designing, creating, and managing canvas apps in Power Apps.
  • Build, deploy, and manage automated workflows in Power Automate to enhance SharePoint and Viva administration and maintenance.
  • Support the team with ongoing canvas app development projects
  • Manage the Level2 / Level 3 support queue for SharePoint, Power Apps/Automate, OneDrive, and Viva Engage by overseeing support ticket management, escalation, and resolution in line with service level agreements
  • Develop and publish knowledge base articles for end-users.
