Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Epic Module Certification obtained within six months of employment
- Five to seven or more years of previous work related experience
Responsibilities
- Providing tactical and operational support for the implementation of enterprise Epic systems
- Responsible for system build, implementation and operation activities for assigned Epic Modules
- Working closely with clinical and business users
- Assisting a multi-disciplinary team in design, implementation, optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to the enterprise system
- Collaborating with appropriate technical and operational leaders from affiliated institutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or major in Computer Science
- Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Cheers (CRM) Call Management Certification
- ITIL Certification
- PMP Certification
- NYS Clinical licensure (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant allied health professional)
