Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, with direct engagement in either Project Finance, Infrastructure, and Structured Finance methodologies and structures
  • Understanding of industry subsets, including market trends, client behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Diligent and intellectually curious self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Proficiency with Excel, financial models, and financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas across functions and levels, influencing stakeholders to support key initiatives
  • Ability to analyze and solve non-routine problems in a timely and organized manner
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage deadlines under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across boundaries and inviting diverse perspectives to shape solutions
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to create trust and facilitate agreement among stakeholders, demonstrating emotional intelligence in assessing and responding to challenging situations
  • Strong organizational skills with a collaborative, execution-focused approach, demonstrating emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project finance transaction analysis is a plus
  • Solid credit judgment, with the ability to quickly absorb and synthesize data to support senior team members or research projects

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CAO, Infrastructure AOCC Chair, global teams, and other internal stakeholders
  • Play a central role in supporting strategic analytical priorities
  • Manage coordination and logistics of analytical forums
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis for informed decision-making
  • Assist in research initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities
  • Develop and refine tools for transparency, tracking, and market risk assessment
  • Improve documentation and communication of analytical priorities
  • Develop user-friendly quantitative tools for global credit analysts
  • Create applications and dashboards utilizing models, tools, and data
  • Analyze large datasets for insights in credit rating analyses and research
  • Coordinate Global Infrastructure AOCC agendas, meetings, and Experts Council
  • Support research requests for Criteria Development and related artifacts
  • Conduct research, credit analysis, and draft reports on cross-practice transactions
  • Lead efforts to improve analytic capabilities and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of project finance transaction analysis is a plus
