Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Project Controls or Project Management
- Ability to work collaboratively during interactive planning sessions, making changes in real time
- Intermediate proficiencies (or above) in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, durations, and constraints across the project portfolio.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting timelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with teams across departments to manage and update schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes and deliver accurate schedule reports.
- Own and maintain baseline schedules, providing actionable insights to the team and stakeholders.
- Perform QA/QC on project schedules to ensure alignment and compliance with program goals and initiatives.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.
- Interface with contractors and subcontractors to review schedules and ensure alignment.
- Organize and lead schedule review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison across departments to secure stakeholder alignment on project schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Knowledge of scheduling tools, specifically Primavera P6
- Experience in critical path schedule analysis, schedule performance assessment, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.
- Knowledge of cost-schedule change control processes.
- Renewable energy experience
- Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred
