Senior Analytics Engineer

Extensive experience working with SQL and/or Python to write high-performance, optimized complex queries and manipulate data.
Proficient in DBT for data modelling, with a deep understanding of the Kimball methodology.
Expertise in building dynamic Looker dashboards and explores.
Familiarity with other BI platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to gathering and understanding business requirements.
Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
Ability to effectively manage project planning and delivery.

Design, build, and optimize complex data models using the Kimball methodology.
Leverage DBT to create reliable, scalable, and high-performing data pipelines that ensure data integrity and support business needs.
Develop Looker dashboards and explores, empowering teams to access and leverage data for decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver production-ready insights.
Implement and maintain data quality frameworks and governance policies to ensure the consistency, reliability, and accuracy of our data.
Drive platform enhancements and advocate for data best practices across the organization.
Support and mentor other team members with code reviews, training, and knowledge sharing.
Ensure high-quality work while continuously looking for ways to streamline processes, optimize queries, and improve the performance of our data systems.
