Requirements
- Be familiar with secured, unsecured, and guaranteed financing transactions, the rules governing security interests under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and the Cape Town Convention
- Have experience managing and closing financing transactions of $100+ million
- Have experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, indentures, leases, purchase agreements, and related documentation
- Be able to advise clients on the interpretation of such documents, both orally and in writing
- Understand the aviation finance and leasing industry, as well as corporate, tax and insolvency matters related to such transactions
- The candidate must be admitted to practice in New York
