Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a solid academic performance
  • 2-5 years of relevant industry-specific experience in data privacy or compliance
  • 2+ years experience using and implementing OneTrust or other data privacy management solutions
  • Experience working with tools such as PostMan, Fiddler, Wireshark, AWS, Azure
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
  • Consulting experience related to legal, compliance and/or data privacy
  • Knowledge and experience developing and managing key privacy deliverables such as: data inventory registers, cookie/pixel consent solutions, privacy impact assessments, vendor risk review, and privacy training
  • Demonstrate a strong object-oriented approach and a foundational grasp of full stack development, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient data operations
  • Knowledge of various internet protocol layers, emphasizing a holistic view of network security and performance
  • Project management experience including understanding of project life cycles
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of engagements including interaction with other team members, subject matter experts, and client contacts
  • Manage all facets of client engagements, including work stream supervision, client interaction, and billing
  • Create project status summaries and/or reports and metrics, written analyses or assessments, and other presentations of work performed
  • Create and review consistent and thorough documentation including policies and procedures to support privacy framework towards regulation compliance or readiness
  • Support the design and development of robust API/system integrations utilizing cutting-edge privacy tools, acting as a key system architect
  • Assist with in-depth analyses of network traffic and employ advanced network scanning tools
  • Create documentation identifying data flows between various systems and technologies
  • Actively participate in internal and external team meetings including client assessments, presentations, and status meetings
  • Manage time and tasks to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of junior team members through trainings, informal mentorship, recruiting efforts, and culture building
  • Maintain a professional image within the company and project the same to those outside of the company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other technology related concentrations preferred
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification (preferred)
  • Project management certifications preferred
