Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- You have 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience and experience leading a team are a plus
- You have a proven track record of working on highly cross-functional initiatives, managing towards ambitious goals, and succeeding in a complex environments
- You’re an owner / self-starter – You have a bias towards action and are proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions, and areas to add value
- You’re naturally curious – You always look for ways to innovate and improve
- You’re a problem solver – You solve problems from first principles and resist “this is how it’s always been done” thinking
- You’re analytical – You let data win arguments, and you’re comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel
- You’re gritty – You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
- You’re persuasive and a relationship-builder – You leverage clear, concise communications (both written and verbal) to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions.
Responsibilities
- Build the strategy for helping merchants succeed once they’re live on DoorDash by providing fast and seamless solutions when merchants face issues, minimizing operational friction
- Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to drive go-to-market & execution for new initiatives to help merchants have the best experience on Doordash
- Work cross-functionally with our product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- High-growth or early-stage startup experience and experience leading a team are a plus
