Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance, Full Stack Development, Business Analytics, and/or Software Implementation.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with financial services applications.
  • Understanding of alternative investments (Private and Public Credit/Debt).
  • Ability to write SQL scripts for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and working knowledge of Agile ceremonies.
  • Understanding and practical experience writing EPIC, User Stories, and task definitions.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with integrations, GL, financial and cash reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline driven.
  • Effective business judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Customer Service and Quality focused with proven process improvement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs; advise businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions compared to benefits.
  • Develop and enhance Business Applications or tools by selecting, tailoring, and implementing third-party packages, tools, or components.
  • Provide production support for all lines of business users.
  • Use creative skills to identify and recommend business automation and application improvement solutions.
  • Product Owner functions for vendor applications, including strategic planning, tactical execution, and delivering measurable business value.
  • Develop Test Cases and Test Applications thoroughly when implementing system modifications, upgrades, disaster recovery, etc., utilizing users where appropriate.
  • Support internal and external customers as a business consultant and problem solver with an emphasis on extraordinary customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis preferred.
