Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the SaaS or customer service technology space with direct experience working with Zendesk products and solutions
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms and modern sales technologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in pipeline management, lead generation, and strategic account planning
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create actionable performance insights
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market presence and maximize revenue opportunities
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term account growth
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and product teams to streamline sales operations and enhance go-to-market strategies
