Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the SaaS or customer service technology space with direct experience working with Zendesk products and solutions
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms and modern sales technologies

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market presence and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term account growth
