Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Seven (7) or more years’ experience in business process re-engineering and automation
- Experience in business process review and process design with federal, state and local entities
- Experience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) program
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Support clients to map and optimize current business processes
- Identify opportunities for technology to improve process efficiency and build capabilities
- Conduct operational effectiveness assessments
- Develop business process improvement recommendations based on best practices
- Redesign processes to benefit from automation
- Communicate results and recommendations to key client stakeholders
- Support implementation and change management
- Reengineer processes and lead process improvement and automation teams while managing client projects
Preferred Qualifications
- An active public trust clearance
- Experience automating paper-based processes for federal, state and/or local entities
- Experience managing implementation of improvement initiatives, along supporting training and change management
- PMP certification
- Possession of a master’s degree
- Current certification Certified Business Analyst through International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institute (PMI)
