Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
- 15+ years of experience simplifying business systems for service supply chain, forward & reverse logistics, transportation, supplier collaboration, sourcing,… Preference for candidates with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Service Cloud experience.
- 15+ years of experience with end-to-end business processes, spanning order-to-cash, plan-to-fulfill, and contact-to-resolution.
- 10+ years of experience using visual artifacts to document and convey the intent of an enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated ability in data management and regulatory compliance.
- 10+ years of experience with cloud-hosted applications, on-premises, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them.
- 10+ years of experience with middleware, EDI, API, and knowledge of the pros/cons between them.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for business system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there.
- Identify the most promising areas in which to retire technical debt, modernize the technical stack, integrate more scalably, improve capability more quickly.
- Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company.
- Serve as an escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues.
- Guide teams in translating new business strategies into integrated, end-to-end technology solutions.
- Participate in architectural review milestones within the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to architectural frameworks, standards, methods, and train colleagues to utilize them while solutioning.
- Engage business & technical leaders, to secure broad commitment to adopting the to-be end-state blueprint, and methods to get there.
- Break down barriers of silo’d thinking and local optimization of a single department or function, in favor of global, cross-functional, company-wide optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, governance, and change management within complex ERP landscapes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP migration projects.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty, drive outcomes in fluid situations.
