Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assists campus users with system navigation and inquiries, processes requests for finance security roles, and works with departments to best address their needs based on their job profiles.
  • Maintains communication with campus users from original request through conclusion in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Utilizes business requirements, policy, data governance and system life cycle philosophies to design, develop, build/author, test, and implement technical solutions in current and future digital platforms.
  • Collects, documents, and analyzes business requirements in the development and management of system software/modules.
  • Performs system and software configuration and testing, data validation, data maintenance, and clean-up tasks.
  • In coordination with functional users, categorizes, analyzes, configures, tests, and implements ticketing processes.
  • Develops appropriate tools to address campus needs.
  • Partnering with Financial Services subject matter experts (SME), identifies training opportunities for both Financial Services staff and campus departments.
  • Coordinates with Financial Services subject matter experts to develop training modules and programs, while ensuring business processes are adequately addressed and incorporated.
  • Develops training content geared toward both Financial Services staff and campus end-users, in various formats, including job-aids and video.
  • Maintains the training schedule, produces learning management system content, course descriptions, learning tracks, and other data in the learning management system in support of finance training efforts.
  • Assumes the role of software administrator, including administrator for the learning management system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience
  • 1 year of related experience in Higher Education
  • 1 year Workday (ERP) experience
  • Experience in financial operations management
  • Training/teaching experience
  • Certification (i.e., project management, lean process, etc.)
