Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with specialization in organizational communication, marketing, English or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on change management or organizational change
- Proven experience working in communications, business, public affairs, marketing, or related field
- Solid foundation in change and strategic communications
Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall operational and strategic initiatives
- Produce high-quality content for various internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, presentations, and videos, to effectively communicate change initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to understand communication needs and provide strategic advice on messaging and delivery
- Foster a culture of transparency and engagement by developing change communication materials that resonate with employees and encourage participation in change initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve and adapt approaches
- Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination during critical periods
- Provide training and support to managers and leaders on effective communication practices during times of change
- Operate to develop, lead and coordinate broad-based change external and internal communications initiatives
- Act as an external spokesperson and participate in cross-functional teams for complex inquiries and project activities
- Engage in other duties as needed that support our Values and help deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with behavioral science expertise or experience with proven change methodologies (such as Proci’s ADKAR model)
- Passion for storytelling, change management, and delivering results
