Requirements
- A J.D. Degree from an accredited university is required.
- At least seven years of industry experience required.
- Advanced technical expertise related to Management Liability policies, claims resolution, and skills and knowledge of insurance and claims settlement principles, practices and procedures.
- Ability to partner with finance, actuarial, IT and marketing resources.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the company’s internal and external business partners.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- A strong focus on execution in getting things done right. Proven ability to consistently produce and deliver expected results to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Working with limited oversight under broad management direction, administer oversight of Argo Management Liability files at a TPA partner with a potentially major impact on departmental results.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by TPAs adjusting claims for US programs.
- Act as the single point of contact for the Management Liability program for both internal and external customers.
- Participate in audit and claim review process for the Management Liability program.
- Conduct regular audit and claim review process for the Management Liability program.
