Requirements

  • 5+ years’ leadership experience with digital patient solutions in the clinical development space.
  • Proven track record in go to market and commercial strategies and product marketing, with experience in the healthcare technology industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Digital Health with a solid understanding of healthcare ideally with a clinical development focus
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market and emerging trends
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic go to market and product marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions
  • Ability to lead and influence strategically while persuading tactfully, to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive, organizational relationships
  • Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context
  • Superb communication skills and an ability to create clarity from ambiguity and present complex information to a variety of audience
  • Continuous Improvement mindset with experience to understand how to take a pragmatic approach

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital patient solutions, including positioning, pricing, and market entry approaches that align with organizational objectives and target customer needs
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs that will inform go to market and product strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and market research initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine products unique value proposition, key messaging, and positioning in the market. This includes creating compelling narratives and messaging frameworks that resonate with target customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, marketing, and clinical teams to translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive product adoption through various channels and tactics, including product demos, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • In partnership with UX, product & research teams, gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and go to market strategies.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations that synthesize research findings, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate complex market dynamics to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and assess emerging digital health technologies, regulatory landscapes, and patient engagement trends to proactively identify potential strategic opportunities and potential market disruptions.
  • Identify, cultivate, and build relationships with key industry stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support the creation and management of Product Advisory Boards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in digital health
  • Master’s degree in scientific, marketing or business field
  • Comprehensive understanding of dynamics affecting the pharmaceutical industry and needs for transformation
  • Sophisticated Project management skills, including managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and risks
