Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or a related role, ideally within technology, SaaS, or a high-growth industry
- Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing Cross-Functional stakeholders, Senior Executives, and C-Suite leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, high-impact cross-functional initiatives and delivering impactful business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments, effectively prioritizing competing demands and consistently delivering results
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence
- Proficiency in Product & Agile Project Management tools: Aha, Dovetail, JIRA or similar
- Familiarity with project management processes, tracking, and experience implementing process improvements
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a passion for fostering efficiency and scalability
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for critical company tools (e.g., JIRA) that support complex, cross-functional workflows
- Developing and overseeing the tooling strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and goals
- Acting as the primary systems expert and administrator for the tool
- Defining, documenting, and implementing the tooling configuration and functional use cases based on organizational workflows
- Leading the implementation, customization, and user enablement of the tool to maximize utilization
- Drive alignment with functional stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria for complex, cross-functional initiatives/projects that will optimize our systems and processes
- Facilitate strategic decision-making with executives and across departments to prioritize operational initiatives and projects for successful implementation
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives/projects to achieve success criteria by collaborating with consultants and internal stakeholders
- Apply systems thinking to analyze existing operational systems, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and interdependencies and implement improvements to optimize workflows and enhance overall effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Director, Company Operations to prioritize, define, execute, and track operational initiatives and organizational changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders and executives across the organization to align on priorities, secure buy-in, and ensure operational challenges are addressed effectively
- Contribute to the development of best practices for change management and communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and initiatives
- Cultivate a strong understanding and passion for AI to drive the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of innovative solutions
- Provide project management and strategic operations support to drive the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives as needed
