Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in broad-based compensation
  • Stellar project management skills and an eye for detail
  • Excel expertise and a knack for learning new tech

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement compensation solutions appropriate for their business needs and are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy
  • Provide advice to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation
  • Administer our compensation programs that include merit, promotion, incentive plans
  • Review escalated external and internal offers for internal equity and alignment with pay philosophy
  • Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders on promotions as well as pay adjustments
  • Successfully execute annual reward cycles as well as off cycle pay adjustments
  • Maintain compensation level structures, conduct market pricing, and perform job evaluations
  • Lead a continual effort to automate and scale compensation processes with company growth
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and/or deliver compensation content and training for Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, leaders, and team members for both foundational as well as complex aspects of our compensation programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • International compensation experience
  • Consulting background
