Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, market research, or competitive intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and competitive intelligence platforms, like KLUE.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Conduct and maintain market assessment, market sizing, and opportunity analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of competitive intelligence, including SWOT analyses, market share data, and industry benchmarks. This includes managing our competitive intelligence platform, KLUE, our corporate intelligence SharePoint site, and any requests or needs from the ELT team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights to support corporate development initiatives.
  • Assist in the evaluation of M&A prospects, including financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning. This includes working closely with the finance team to develop financial analysis and evaluate acquisition prospects.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Support the management and execution of partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
