Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment managers
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting market research and whitespace analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Deep understanding of the investment management landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing materials tailored to the IMC, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
- Create sales enablement tools such as battlecards, FAQs, and competitive analysis documents.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with the IMC.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify whitespace opportunities within the IMC segment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to pinpoint untapped potential.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Create a strategic plan to capture the identified whitespace opportunities, including target client segments, key messages, and sales tactics.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align on the strategic plan and ensure its effective implementation.
- Monitor and track progress against the plan, making adjustments as necessary.
