Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Writing, UX Writing, and Content Strategy, ideally within eCommerce or SaaS environment
- Fluent with Figma and other visual design collaboration tools
- Data-driven approach to content strategy, with experience using analytics and A/B testing to inform copy decisions
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design and impactful storytelling
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing content strategies that align with business objectives and user needs
- Writing clear, concise, and engaging copy for marketing and UX touchpoints, including product pages, promotional content, and UI components
- Partnering with design, brand, and product teams to create consistent messaging across all online platforms
- Ensuring consistency in terminology and maintain internal documentation for content standards
- Staying up to date on Web trends and best practices to keep content relevant and effective
- Participating in early product and UX design sessions, providing insights on content strategy and copy
- Managing multiple content projects across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives
