Senior Corporate Strategy Manager

Pre or post-graduate experience in strategy, business operations in a technology company, or top-tier consulting firm / corporate strategy field with strong exposure to technology.
Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required.
Strong written / verbal communications to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions; comfort in business and technical discussions.
Possess a solid understanding of high-tech industry, with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in new areas.
Strong data handling and financial skills to work on sophisticated business issues with minimum supervision.
Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.

Drive projects that identify and explore new technologies and business models to extend Cisco’s and Splunk’s technology leadership and customer relevance, then lead the decision-making, execution and investments to make those opportunities a reality.
Work closely with Cisco and Splunk business units and cross-functional leadership to formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans related to e.g., organic and inorganic growth strategy, emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance improvement.
Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required (e.g. market, customer, competitors).
Work cross-functionally across external and internal collaborators, partnering closely with product, engineering, finance, sales, marketing and other teams.
Become an expert in Cisco’s and Splunk’s business and have a deep understanding on the markets we serve and competitors we face.

You hold an MBA degree from a world-class institution or equivalent experience.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject area is appreciated.
