Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of work experience in related field
- Exhibits application of analytical abilities and collaborative mindset
- High Excel proficiency
- Strong organizational, data mining, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of product costing and inventory management in NetSuite
- Accustomed to multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple tight deadlines in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and relentless follow-through
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- The ideal candidate is curious, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a financial business partner, facilitating communication among Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Managers, FP&A, HR, and various other teams.
- Deliver timely and precise analyses of monthly financial data and trends to support site leadership in their decision-making processes.
- Take responsibility for standard costing of both new and existing products, encompassing the creation and upkeep of cost cards.
- Assess labor reporting, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution expenses, returns, and inventory levels; conduct investigations and provide reports on variances.
- Assist in the ongoing automation and evaluation of systems, processes and controls to enable company scalability.
- Expect approximately 5%-10% of travel as part of this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite build out or integration
- Experience with Labtrac
- Tech industry and / or high-growth startup experience
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Hex, Cube)
