Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing and driving adoption with enterprise accounts, preferably with SaaS companies/products.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Data Security and Privacy landscape.
- Ability to demonstrate the technical capabilities of the product and negotiate contracts with procurement and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to break down big problems into smaller actionable steps.
- Empathy for customer workflows and the ability to dig deep.
Responsibilities
- Conducting check-in meetings for tactical items and performing business reviews with C-level executives / decision-makers.
- Understanding customer workflows and proactively identifying customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with the product/service.
- Capturing customer feedback, customer highlights, and lowlights and channeling that internally with various stakeholders.
- Becoming a Relyance AI product expert and identifying process gaps.
- Collaborating with the Sales team for additional expansion opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- A growth mindset and willingness to think from first principles (startup experience is desirable).
- Past technical experience and fascination with modern technology stacks.
- Experience with code in past experience/school or a side project or technical SaaS implementation experience.
