Senior Cybersecurity Insider Risk Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on insider threat management, risk assessment, and incident response.
Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, DLP, behavioral analytics).
Strong understanding of network security, data protection, and threat intelligence.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Identify and analyze potential insider threats through monitoring, investigation, and threat intelligence.
Utilize advanced techniques and tools to detect suspicious behavior and anomalies.
Act as a responder for insider threat incidents.
Coordinate with other cybersecurity and IT teams to contain, investigate, and remediate insider-related incidents.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
Ensure policies incorporate best practices for mitigating insider risks.
Write clear and concise analytical and intelligence reports.
Present findings to a range of business stakeholders.
Work closely with various departments, including HR, legal, and IT, to address insider threat concerns.
Engage with external partners and stakeholders as necessary.
Assist in providing organizational security awareness training to relevant audiences.
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscapes.

Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
Additional certifications related to insider threat and risk management (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are advantageous.
Experience in sectors with high regulatory requirements (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
