Requirements
- Master Degree in statistics/mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, or related field and 2~3 industrial working experience in data and modeling related position OR PhD Degree in Quantitative related field
- Proficient coding skills; 4+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python
- Deep knowledge on relational database capabilities
- Experience with cloud computing services like GCP, AWS or Azure
- Experience in integrating, structuring, and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised predictive modeling algorithms
- Strong project management skills and attend-to-detail documentation skills
- Strong written & verbal communication with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to a range of audiences and to ‘tell a story’ that provides insight into the business
- You have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities
- You will work with stakeholders to understand their business problems and develop data-driven solutions. This may involve collecting and cleaning data, conducting exploratory data analysis, developing and evaluating machine learning models, and communicating the results of your analysis to stakeholders.
- You will mentor and guide junior data scientists. This may involve providing training on data science techniques, helping them to debug their code, and reviewing their work.
- You will stay up-to-date on the latest data science technologies and techniques. This may involve reading research papers, attending conferences, and taking online courses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data science, machine learning, optimization models, Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
- Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
- Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
