Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, operations research, data science or similar
- 6+ years of experience in industry or equivalent
- Expert with Python, Scala or R, or any other major machine learning programming language
- Excellent verbal, written and data visualization skills
- Comfortable exploring ambiguity and prioritizing between conflicting demands
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytical techniques on big data to support business decision-making, in deep partnership with our product and engineering teams
- Lead the weekly metrics review to provide actionable insights, tracking progress against goals, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Use creativity and business acumen to translate business problems into structured analytical questions and choose the most appropriate methodologies to answer these questions
- Own the relationships with our stakeholders, and work autonomously to prioritize and execute the most impactful analytics projects
- Influence partners and senior leaders through communicating across various levels of the organization using clear and compelling storytelling and presentations
- Prioritize multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously and own projects end to end
