Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in data warehousing roles building scalable, enterprise-grade ecosystems
- 1+ years in financial services and/or SaaS environments
- Proven experience designing and integrating data platforms that make actionable insights for cross functional stakeholders
- Comfortable proficiency in SQL (multiple dialects preferred) and Python
- Understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns, data ingestion methods, and orchestration frameworks tailored for CDP environments
- Skills in warehouse schema design and dimensional data modeling
- Demonstrated ability to align data architectures with GTM strategies, supporting sales enablement and marketing automation
- Track record of delivering data solutions that enable actionable insights for customer segmentation, lead scoring, and sales strategies
Responsibilities
- Maintain a scalable CDP aligned with GTM and sales objectives
- Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing, as necessary
- Integrate the CDP with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across the platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions
