Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation principles across digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize target audiences and buyer personas.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, events, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with content and design to create compelling marketing assets and content, including landing pages, emails, ads, and social media posts.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations specialists to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up processes. Manage lead qualification, and nurturing workflows to ensure quality and maximize conversion.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on campaign performance and progress.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the workplace experience or enterprise software industry.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Experience with lead scoring and nurturing methodologies.
