Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A proven ability to execute campaigns that align with the buyer journey and drive measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset for exploring and implementing innovative demand generation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to our prospects.
  • Drive lead acquisition through a variety of programs including, but not limited to: Affiliate programs, Pay per lead programs, Webcasts, Referral programs, Remarketing, Display media, Email programs.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI, with a focus on channels that drive key aspects of our marketing funnel.
  • Develop and refine multi-touch sequences to guide HR leads through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, high-performing assets tailored to the pain points of prospects.
  • Build a testing framework to experiment with ad creatives, CTAs, landing page designs, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead, to refine strategies.
  • Contribute to ABM initiatives, creating highly personalized campaigns for high-value HR accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for engaging HR audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR buyer personas and challenges (preferred but not mandatory).
