Requirements
- 3-5 years experience with microservices orchestration, and cloud platforms
- 3-5 years experience with cybersecurity such as hardening systems and security/information assurance compliance regimes
- 5-7 years experience in Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
- 5-7 years experience working with CI/CD techniques using version control, DevOps technology and automated configuration management
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage security tools and practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that security is integrated into every phase of software development and deployment.
- Lead efforts in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, streamlining the deployment processes and ensuring consistency across environments.
- Set up and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions to track application and infrastructure health, security threats, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Work closely with software engineering, QA, and IT teams to embed DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle, promoting a collaborative approach to security and operations.
- Mentor junior DevSecOps and engineering team members in security best practices, automation techniques, and the use of DevSecOps tools, contributing to the growth of a security-conscious engineering culture.
