Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Required.
- 5-6 years business experience required, with at least 2 years working in an Agile environment Required.
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support business cases.
- Develop advanced dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and platform metrics.
- Aggregate, clean, and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for development.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support smooth execution.
- Triage and track reported issues or bugs, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization.
- Prepare advanced level summaries, presentations, and reports to communicate product progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Actively participate in competitive and market research to highlight market trends, identify gaps or opportunities, and inform product decisions.
- Develop user guides or training materials to support feature rollouts and adoption.
- Provide advanced end-user support for training and troubleshooting post-deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAFe Agile Framework or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Contact Center Technology such as Five9, Verint, Pindrop, and/or ServiceNow is highly preferred.
