Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience in account management, business, or marketing.
- Experience in developing and pitching solutions through various channels (e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identify opportunities for growth, manage risks, and build quarterly plans for achievements.
- Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieve customer business/marketing goals.
- Own the full business cycle process by driving customer outreach, pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.
- Engage, support, and build relationships with customers. Partner with the internal Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Account Manager team to pitch and accelerate business growth. Coach teammates in the organization to develop skills that cultivate customers growth and contribute to overall team success.
- Model behaviors including executive-level engagement, questioning, objection handling, and promoting. Lead executive-level relationships through executive-level meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising or media campaigns.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts with the ability to multitask and solve client needs by business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaging promotions.
- Experience in media across a variety of platforms (e.g., Television (TV), Radio, Print, Sponsorship, etc.).
- Experience in business in a technology, advertising, media business, or internet environment.
- Experience in collaborating with advertisers, agencies, and clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to succeed in a changing environment with excellent thinking and problem-solving skills.
