Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field
- 7 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
- 3 years’ supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Craft an innovative, results-driven annual Product Marketing Plan that supports seller acquisition, retention, and product adoption
- Design and execute seller engagement strategies that align with business goals, driving sales team and seller success across the board
- Create an engaging, efficient, and high-impact onboarding experience for both Strategic and SMB sellers
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key teams to identify and execute high-impact initiatives that expand the WFS platform and enhance service offerings
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product marketing, onboarding, and sales enablement experts
- Define ambitious KPIs, track performance, and leverage data to continuously optimize strategies and drive outstanding results
- Forge strong relationships across Product, Analytics, Marketing, Business Development, and Legal, ensuring alignment and flawless execution across the organization
