Requirements

  • 15 + years of progressive IT experience in a fast-paced, high growth business with global hands-on knowledge
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MIS or related equivalent experience
  • Experience successfully supporting and scaling enterprise sales organization and customer support centers required
  • Extensive enterprise business application software (i.e. Saleforce, Workday, Zoura, Sage/Intacct, Nexonia, Bill.com) experience is a must
  • Experience integrating the various IT platforms of acquired companies into a cohesive unified system
  • Experience implementing and integrating Enterprise Applications
  • Experience with network design, configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
  • Direct experience with IT planning and budget management
  • Excellent communication; ability to gain the confidence of senior executive audiences or higher
  • Ability to evolve with a rapidly changing environment, make decisions, prioritize and meet or exceed deadlines
  • Maintains knowledge of current and emerging technologies
  • Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility in work schedule
  • Maintain a valid passport to travel overseas when required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team; understand the company’s vision; support the development and alignment of IT strategies for future growth
  • Partner with the Transformation leadership team in the implementation and development processes for our GTM (Sales, Marketing and Support), Financial Operations (Accounting and FP&A), HR organization and Marketing (Web platform and Marketing automation tools) organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with P&E leadership and collaborate with P&E team to design a future state integration approach between the business applications and product platform functionality (BMP)
  • Mentor and develop a management layer to set up our business expansions for success
  • Manage demand queue with business stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned across the organization
  • Work closely with the Cyber & GRC teams to ensure security priorities are embedded in BC’s design and development practices
  • Continuously improving IT processes across the Company; improving functionality and eliminating redundancies
  • Collaborate with strategic procurement to identify opportunities to reduce redundancies across FDX, BC and future acquisitions
  • Communicate and integrate company-wide technology standards, applications and infrastructure
  • Evaluate and select technology in partnership with business stakeholders, develop, and implement new technology as needed to support the company
  • Partner with the Enterprise architect and Data solution leadership to ensure business technology ecosystem is cohesive, agile, and scalable to support the evolving needs of the business
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards, as well as Data Privacy and Information security laws and regulations
  • Provide focused, business-minded IT leadership, emphasizing IT’s measurable contribution to business success and business metrics
  • Analyze and identify security risks; develop solutions aimed at improving information security capabilities
  • Maintain security of all proprietary data; provide complete backup of all computer systems in case of system failure or disaster
  • Balance internal and external IT members and resources
