Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and oversee On-Target/Dig-Safe contracts
- Collaborate with Corporate/Legal to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Direct the Division Design Center team for accuracy in plant design
- Oversee all projects to meet or exceed specifications
- Develop and execute strategies for residential and commercial initiatives
- Direct and evaluate the work of multiple professional teams
- Evaluate current practices and seek opportunities for improvement
- Ensure training is provided for various levels of professionals
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
