Requirements
- Experienced financial leader with at least 10 years of dynamic leadership positions in a diverse set of business roles within finance.
- Operationally oriented, deeply ‘hands-on’ and a true business partner and collaborator. Shown success at providing data-driven insights to help the business make the right decisions. Experience in evolving financial tools and technologies to meet the ongoing flexible needs of a fast-moving and evolving industry.
- Validated results of making strong data-driven business decisions that improve return on investment, allocating resources or capital, evaluating the market potential of creative products. Strong examples of successful financial and business strategies and initiatives personally implemented or through teams, demonstrating revenue growth, cost control, margin expansion, investment management etc.
- Ability to view the business from a broader perspective, integrating finance and business issues to develop insight and solutions that contribute to a senior management team. Understanding key operational business drivers with experience designing cross-functional systems in partnership with other department heads to support company growth objectives. Hands on experience scrutinizing operations and implementing internal controls.
- The experience and maturity to lead organizations through growth. Communicating a passion for the role and for the business by operating at a high level of intensity and acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence.
- Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing vital improvements in organizations, personnel, processes and systems, developing achievable plans and successfully completing those plans including effectively leading cost and resource prioritization within a matrixed, shared-resource organization.
- Validated competency in consumer market revenue planning, especially subscription and/or micro-transaction models.
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator who has a shown success rate in influencing creative and operational leadership. Successfully able to influence without authority and involve all vital levels of leadership in making the appropriate decisions. Hands-on, ambitious style, as well as a strong bias for action and results: the ability to work effectively in a highly innovative, unstructured environment; collaborative and without ego.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the key leaders in the Franchise team to drive sustainable growth and profitability, taking ownership for business performance.
- Establish appropriate metrics to measure and empower business performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure the development of strategies and plans to significantly move the business forward. Thoughtfully enable strategic investments to fuel profitable growth.
- Lead and inspire change in the organization by analyzing, articulating and driving improvements to strategies, business plans, processes, investments, and financial team.
- Lead long range planning, annual operating plan / budgeting, forecasts, monthly and quarterly business reviews for the franchise. Work with Central FP&A and Accounting team to ensure proper financial controls, reporting, processes, and visibility.
- Build a strong, effective team. Purposefully develop and mentor internal talent to meet the organization’s current and future needs. Sustain a healthy and inclusive team culture.
