Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for an Engineering focus.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership/management experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or Product Development Engineering within a quality-driven environment.
• Strong management and leadership skills in a continuous improvement-focused environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and commitment to world-class operations, manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success in driving improvement and leading change throughout an organization.
• A strong passion and vision for quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Align goals and objectives within the Global Quality function with business priorities.
• Proactively collaborate with leaders in Product Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to enhance product, process, and service quality.
• Lead processes to capture, investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and customer-related issues.
• Manage Warranty and Liability Claims spend, driving continuous improvement to support growth and reduce costs.
• Identify and drive the adoption of best practices across all business units, focusing on process improvements to enhance efficiency, deliver financial results, and eliminate non-value-added work.
• Develop and implement digital tools that enable continuous improvement of global customer quality metrics.
• Hire, develop, and manage a team of technical managers, engineers, and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment focused on driving results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management are advantageous.
