Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering successful commercially driven consumer and business marketing strategies and campaigns for live events and/or hospitality.
- Deep understanding and respect for insights-led strategy, brand, creative, storytelling, and performance marketing.
- Experience driving direct sales/b2b pipeline and marketing attributed revenue.
- Experience working with sales teams, tech teams, operational teams.
- End-to-end marketing budget management experience.
- Strong understanding of how to leverage the full media mix to target different, high-value customer segments.
- Proven experience analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the effectiveness of a 360 marketing campaign.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate both within a business and among its partner organizations at all levels.
- Established and effective leader with strong people management skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to self-start, self-direct, and motivate your team to produce excellent results.

Responsibilities
- Create and deliver omnichannel consumer and business marketing strategies relevant to the product, audience segment, and sales channel to drive ecommerce transactions and direct sales leads in line with targets.
- Help drive GTM alongside other functional areas to be ready to launch.
- Drive pipeline and marketing attributed direct sales through lead generation.
- Oversee execution of marketing activities, working with the global Olympic Games Hospitality team to find collaboration opportunities and ensure alignment on guidelines and key dates.
- Liaise with the global Olympic Games Hospitality PR & Comms team to identify and activate press and talent opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships and develop promotional programs with US Olympic Organizations, including the USOPC, national sports federations, and sponsors.
- Manage performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting of all marketing activity, and action adjustments where necessary to ensure optimization for maximum performance, reach, and return on investment.
- Maintain and optimize deployment of the marketing budget.
- Manage a high-performing team.
