- You hold a high bar for great products, have strong opinions, and can evangelize great customer experience the company
- You have built high-scale ecommerce systems, especially those with a white-glove service experience
- You have experience in high-velocity product teams, and can rally teams to fast-paced and high-quality execution
- You are an experienced manager who has built the loyalty and respect of your teams
- You’re willing to throw away good ideas in pursuit of great ones
- You’re curious about mathematics and are eager to dive into what makes a truly great learning experience
Responsibilities
- Helping lead a major brand refresh project to build an iconic, nationally renowned educational brand
- Building a new website that shows the best of what AoPS has to offer – its community of motivated learners, its high-quality curriculum and excellent teachers
- Crafting, measuring, and iterating a new enrollment and commerce flow that explains and sells our digital and in-person course offerings
- Building a new parent-facing portal to give customers a clear view of their student’s progress
- Fostering a “demo culture” where design ideas are quickly prototyped and tested with real students and teachers
- Managing a team of product managers working on different components of the customer journey
- Creating a culture of storytelling, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and attention to the details of a quality user experience
- Collaborating with engineering, design, curriculum development, course delivery, customer service and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality execution
