Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (industrial design, engineering, textiles)
- 10+ years of experience in product development in the home textiles industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of global sourcing and supplier management
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of new products, ensuring they meet Ruggable’s high standards for quality, functionality, and style
- Champion the development of patentable products, materials, and technologies that will continue to establish Ruggable as the market leader
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure the highest-levels of quality, best costing, and support the innovation agenda
- Manage product testing and certification processes
- Lead and mentor a large team of product developments, designers, and engineers while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
