Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management with direct relevant experience within CTV and Online Video ecosystems
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating value and impact in the industry with experience working directly with brands/agencies, programmatic partners, and CTV publishers
  • Exhibited proficiency in designing and delivering ad experiences across video and CTV devices and environments
  • Deep proficiency in CTV technical and product concepts including RTB specs as well as specific CTV nuances
  • Very strong understanding of the ad tech industry and proficiency in programmatic advertising concepts
  • Technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Experience with writing user stories, product briefs, and requirements
  • Great eye for design and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic roadmap for ad products aligned with Kargo’s business objectives and market trends within CTV
  • Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical capabilities with a deep hands on approach to partnering with engineering, operational, and business CTV teams
  • Write briefs and documents to drive the technical design of Kargo CTV ad formats across both Kargo unique experiences, as well as traditional CTV advertising
  • Work closely with Engineering, Technical Operations, Integrations, and Programmatic Partnerships teams to ensure our CTV products are performant, compatible, and competitive within industry
  • Prioritize and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Collaborate with engineering and contribute to product development cycles, including sprint preparation and backlog management
  • Work with product marketing on go-to-market strategy and post-launch success of products
  • Analyze data to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for product optimization
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success, regularly monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to adoption and iteration
