Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B2C and SaaS, with veterinary software solutions experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of owning P&L and driving profitable growth for a product portfolio.
- Experience in managing and scaling high-performing product management teams.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage expectations at both senior leadership and team levels.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C business models, including experience working with corporate accounts and large enterprise customers.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, balancing startup agility with corporate governance.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for IDEXX’s SaaS, Cloud-based veterinary patient information management system, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Lead platform innovation, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive long-term success.
- Ensure interoperability with pet owner engagement platforms, enabling seamless two-way communication between veterinarians and pet owners.
- Develop features that support high-quality veterinary consultations, helping veterinarians deliver clear, informed, and actionable guidance to pet owners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, continuously refining product positioning and differentiation.
- Own P&L responsibility for the product portfolio, ensuring profitable growth through strategic investment and revenue optimization.
- Define and track key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies that maximize market adoption and financial performance.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and fun culture.
- Set clear goals, objectives, and success metrics for the team, ensuring accountability and growth.
- Encourage a customer-centric and data-driven approach to product management, leveraging insights to drive product decisions.

- Serve as a key customer-facing leader, engaging with veterinary practices, corporate accounts, and industry partners to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring the product portfolio aligns with their business goals.
- Ensure that veterinary professionals are equipped with tools to improve communication with pet owners, fostering better compliance, engagement, and patient outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping the evolution of the product portfolio through direct engagement and partnership.
- Develop features that enable veterinarians to provide high-quality consultations, ensuring data-driven recommendations and improved pet health outcomes.
- Enhance real-time communication capabilities between veterinarians and pet owners, supporting follow-ups, treatment adherence, and care continuity.
- Drive initiatives to improve workflow efficiencies, allowing veterinary professionals to spend more time on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
- Ensure that pet owner engagement tools integrate seamlessly into the veterinary workflow, reinforcing trust, education, and proactive pet care.
