Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in the media, measurement, and enterprise software sales or sales engineering / solution development, with a particular focus in advertising or ad tech industry, specifically within the realms of linear TV, CTV, and digital media.
- A consistent and proven track record of success in selling or building ad tech or enterprise video and data-driven solutions for major advertisers and key industry players.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the advertising ecosystem, encompassing a strong grasp of video and programmatic buying strategies, measurement methodologies, and attribution models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering thought leadership and case studies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to drive successful client outcomes.
- Ability to stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the advertising and ad tech space.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to delivering measurable value to clients.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales go-to-market plan to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Create and implement customized client engagement plans that deliver measurable value and results.
- Develop and deliver internal training and curriculum to enhance the VideoAmp revenue team’s market presence and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
