Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large teams of managers and engineers
- 10+ years of experience leading and owning product QA domain
- Extensive experience in automation testing and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of software development & QA methodologies, processes, and testing techniques within an agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute long-term quality engineering initiatives
- Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead a large team of quality managers and engineers across multiple locations.
- Define the QA strategy, approach, standards and execution across our suite of products and collaborate with other leaders to build the ZoomInfo approach
- Develop & implement strategic plans to drive quality improvements within the org.
- Define and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new strategies
- Drive automation transformation to increase efficiency and reliability of our testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and build our automation infrastructure and building blocks
