Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in HIL, electrical stress testing, test stand development/automation, and DVP&R.
- Rigorous systematic validation process and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled team in designing and building custom in-house testing systems to validate and stress-test product electronics and PCBAs, and control panels.
- Take ownership of the development and specification of Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) test systems to achieve target performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement standardized test specifications and processes to streamline electronics testing.
- Collaborate on the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for electrical components, ensuring compliance with engineering and quality standards.
- Oversee the setup and configuration of test benches for seamless component integration and validation.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive validation reports, including detailed failure analyses and actionable recommendations.
