Requirements

  • Customer success or client services experience (experience working in the healthcare industry a major plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills including the demonstrated ability to present insights and complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
  • Proactiveness in solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and the eagerness to take on additional initiatives as needed
  • A team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment that’s collaborative and celebrates change

Responsibilities

  • Know your employer partners’ business opportunities and challenges
  • Manage the customer relationship from onboarding to expansion throughout their partnership with Guild
  • Assist in the execution of key work streams to ensure employer partners successfully implement & grow their use of Guild offerings, including: Implementation of the Guild platform, Coordination with Guild’s member services team, Analysis of the impact of Guild’s offerings against client key strategic priorities
  • Become a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with employer partners to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Use qualitative and quantitative skills and robust problem-solving approaches to develop actionable and compelling recommendations to address their needs
  • Increase employer partner’s satisfaction through robust storytelling and content creation, honing your ability to create compelling narratives and visuals while bringing Guild’s insights and strategic initiative ideas to life
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure employer partner’s objectives are being met.
